Does setup use part of the hire time?
Setup and pack-down are outside your booked hours. Your hire time is the time your guests can use the booth.
What does the venue need to provide?
Your booth needs a flat, stable surface, nearby power and enough room for the equipment and guests. Arrange access with your venue before the booked start time and after the end time. Place a double-sided backdrop against a wall so only your chosen side is visible.
