Booking, templates and video

Provider cookies and their lifetimes can change, and the cookies accepted by your browser depend on its settings. We do not claim that embedded services are cookie-free or that privacy-enhanced video playback prevents all information being sent to YouTube.

We use Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics and measure page visits, booking-link clicks and successful enquiries. Google Analytics can use cookies and receive technical information about your browser and visit. The booking, template, video and payment providers may also operate their own measurement tools.
Our own interaction events identify actions such as selecting a package or sending an enquiry. Their extra details are limited to booth, hours, event type, service area and which form was used. We do not put names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages, uploaded maps or booking numbers in these event details.
Your choices
You can use your browser settings to block or clear cookies and restrict third-party storage. Blocking these technologies can affect booking, template or checkout functions. Clearing browser cookies does not delete an existing booking or information already submitted to a provider.
You can browse the main website without playing the YouTube video. If you do not want to load the external booking or template tools, contact us by email. Opening those services in a new tab still sends information to their providers.
