Plan your wedding photo booth and keepsakes

The quick answer

Start your wedding photo booth plan with the date, venue and hours when guests can use it. Choose a booth that fits the room, then decide on the strip, backdrop and keepsakes. Every package includes prints and a digital gallery. Add a guest book for photos and messages, or choose a Deluxe package with one included.

Fit the booth around the reception

Look at the time guests arrive, the meal, speeches and the end of the evening. Choose operating hours that fit the time you want family and friends to use the booth. Choose from three, four and six hours.

Ask the venue where guests can gather for photos without blocking dining or dancing. Share the room and access details through the onboarding form after booking.

Choose the booth for the space

Snapic offers a touch-screen format at the lowest starting price. The Selfie Mirror suits a smaller room. The 70-inch Mirror Booth works when you want the booth to be a visible part of the reception styling.

Confirm the full floor-space requirement for your choice. Allow for the backdrop and people using the booth, plus any nearby guest book, before the venue finishes arranging the tables.

Brief the strip and backdrop together

A custom strip can carry your names, the date or colours from your wedding stationery. Use our template builder to choose a base design and customise it.

Choose a backdrop design to match your theme. Custom strips and backdrops are included in Deluxe packages or available as add-ons to shorter packages. Our double-sided backdrops are best placed against a wall so only your chosen design is visible.

Decide how guests will leave a message

A photo guest book gives guests somewhere to add a print and a written message. The 8×8 book comes with a glue stick, while the 10×10 album has slots for photo strips.

Give the venue the access schedule

Setup and pack-down happen outside your booked hours. Agree on the arrival window, nearby power, a stable surface and the pack-down deadline. Pass the final arrangement to the person coordinating the venue.
