Start with the room
Ask the venue where guests could use a booth without blocking the entrance, dining area or dance floor. Include space for people waiting, a backdrop and any guest book in the same conversation. A photograph of an empty corner does not tell the supplier how the room will work once the tables and guests arrive.
Choose a position with a flat surface, nearby power and enough room for guests to gather. Share your room and access details through the onboarding form after booking.

Compare the three formats
Snapic suits organisers who want a touch-screen booth with the lowest starting price. The Selfie Mirror has a 13.3-inch touch screen and suits smaller rooms. The 70-inch Mirror Booth takes a more visible place in the event styling. All three use a DSLR camera.
The mirror screen sizes describe the screens. Confirm the space needed for the complete setup, including the people in front of it.

Choose the features your guests will use
All packages include onsite printing, digital photos and an online gallery.
For a wedding, you might want guests to add a print and message to a guest book. A corporate event may need an approved logo on the strip. Choose these extras when you book online.

Match operating time to the programme
Choose from three, four and six hours. Mark the part of the event when guests can use the booth, then compare that window with the package hours. Include speeches, meals and venue finish times in the brief.
We set up before your booked start time and return at your end time to pack down. Arrange access with your venue so your guests can enjoy the full hire time.

Compare the complete package
Compare the booth, duration and extras together. Six-hour Deluxe packages include a backdrop, guest book and custom photo strip. You can add the same extras to shorter packages for an additional cost.
